Lodging at Ashling Acres

Minutes from downtown Hamilton, NY and Colgate University, family-owned and operated, Ashling Acres offers warm hospitality in a bucolic setting.  Please call or e-mail Gwenn at (315) 825-5485 to make a reservation or inquire about a date.  We accept credit cards.  A payment or deposit confirms a reservation.  Check-in is 3pm and check-out is at 11am.  Ashling Acres has four lodging options.

We are fully booked for Colgate University Family Weekend 2022,2023, 2024 and Colgate University Graduation Weekend 2022, 2023 and 2024. Please submit your info through the contact options above if you'd like to be added to the wait list.


The Guest House - Amenities include: 

  • Master suite with a king-size bed

  • Full kitchenette with all of your cooking essentials

  • Bathroom with showering essentials/hair Dryer

The Lodge - Amenities Include:

  • Second story loft with 2 full beds and 1 queen (privacy wall between fulls and queen)

  • Private entrance and parking  

  • Lounging area with plush couches and chairs 

  • Mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker

  • Dining area

  • Iron

  • Bathroom with heated floor and showering essentials/hair dryer

  • Linens

  • Cable TV/Wi-fi

  • Air conditioning 

  • Covered porch with rockers

  • Majestic views
    *Rates: $349/night

 

The Ashling Suite - Amenities include: 

  • Private entrance and parking

  • One king bed and two full beds with privacy walls between each

  • Dining table

  • Iron

  • Bathroom with heated floor, showering essentials and hair dryer

  • Linens

  • Microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker

  • Cable TV/Wi-fi

  • Air conditioning

     *Rates: $349/night

 

The Main House - Amazing entertaining space complete with vaulted ceilings, commercial kitchen, huge island and farmhouse table to seat ten people. Amenities Include: 

  • Private entrance and parking

  • Full kitchen with all of your cooking essentials

  • Four bedrooms: Main level - one queen. Second floor - two queens and a master suite w/ king and bathroom

  • Three full bathrooms: Main level, second floor and in master suite, showering essentials included/hair dryer

  • Linens

  • Cable TV/Wi-fi

  • Air conditioning 

  • Pool and hot tub (weather depending)

  • Large paver patio with outdoor seating and gas grill

  • Outdoor fireplace
    *Rates: $1200/night - two-night minimum  

        

*Special rates apply to Colgate University's event/occasion weekends.

*There is always a two-night minimum when booking the Main House. For the Ashling Suite, the Lodge, and the Guest House, there is only a two-night minimum during specific Colgate occasion weekends.

Other
A 8% sales tax and 4% occupancy tax will be added to each reservation.
Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival date will be refunded less a $25 processing fee.  Payments for cancellations made less than 7 day are non-refundable. 

Colgate Family, Graduation and Reunion Weekend stays require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm reservation.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
