Check-in is 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Ashling Acres has six lodging options.
We are fully booked for Colgate University Family Weekend 2024 and Colgate University Graduation Weekend 2024 and 2025. Please submit your info through the contact options below or email us if you'd like to be added to the wait list for these years or further ones.
Our goal is to be your home away from home! For that reason, we do offer Colgate’s most popular weekends to our previous guests first.

A 8% sales tax and 4% occupancy tax will be added to each reservation.
Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival date will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Payments for cancellations made less than 7 day are non-refundable.
Colgate Family, Graduation and Reunion Weekend stays require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
